These are our double cap rivets with a 12 mm cap diameter. The post length is available in 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm.
About double cap rivets:
The size is indicated by 2 numbers. The first number refers to the cap diameter, the second to the post length. A 12 × 8 rivet, for example, has a 12 mm cap diameter and an 8 mm post length. You choose the post length based on the total thickness of the materials you want to attach.
Use:
- Post length 8 mm for a thickness of 5–6 mm
- Post length 10 mm for a thickness of 7–8 mm
- Post length 12 mm for a thickness of 9–10 mm
